Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit Civil Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.  She has been a litigator and trial lawyer in Florida for over 15 years.  During the first half of her career, Ms. Davis worked for two mid-sized defense firms in South Florida handling first-party and third-party property matters, including class actions, along with defending physicians, nurses, and other individuals, hospitals, and other businesses in medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, general liability, automobile accident, trucking accident and sexual assault cases.  She then made the switch to a boutique plaintiff’s firm, handling first-party and third-party property cases, along with personal injury, wrongful death and general litigation matters.  Ms. Davis’s diverse litigation background makes her uniquely situated to help resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration.
