Scott Zucker is a partner at Leader, Leader & Zucker, PLLC, where he has practiced since 2017, representing clients in first-party and third-party property disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and a broad range of general litigation matters.
Licensed to practice law in Florida since 2009, Mr. Zucker has built a reputation for skillfully navigating both simple and complex cases. Before joining Leader, Leader & Zucker, PLLC, Mr. Zucker practiced at Colodny Fass focusing on insurance litigation and negligence actions.
He also handled a wide spectrum of commercial litigation and insurance matters, including special investigations involving allegations of fraud and criminal conduct. Mr. Zucker’s litigation background—spanning contract and commercial disputes, negligence actions, and insurance matters—allows him to draw on his deep understanding of both the legal and practical aspects of litigation to help parties reach fair and efficient resolutions through mediation.

Due to the difficulty of scheduling on short notice, mediations cancelled less than three (3) full business days prior to the date of the scheduled mediation will be assessed at two (2) hour cancellation fee for half day mediations or a four (4) hour fee for full day mediations.
