Ivan Tarasuk is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. He has been a litigator and trial lawyer in Florida for 20 years. Due to the difficulty of scheduling on short notice, mediations cancelled less than three (3) full business days prior to the date of the scheduled mediation will be assessed at two (2) hour cancellation fee for half day mediations or a four (4) hour fee for full day mediations.
